My name is Abbie Muto, and I opened BeBalanced after feeling frustrated, exhausted, and disconnected from my own body during menopause. I struggled with stubborn weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings, and insomnia, and I knew there had to be a better way. After going through the BeBalanced program myself and experiencing the healing power of all-natural hormone balancing, I felt called to help other women find relief, balance, and hope during this season of life.

I proudly graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have been practicing as an integrative nutrition health coach for about three years now. My journey into the world of wellness has been fueled by an insatiable curiosity about nutrition; I genuinely love to research and nerd out on the topic. I’m originally from Colorado, but have called Los Angeles my home for nearly a decade now. In addition to my professional endeavors, my heart belongs to my fiance, Garrett, and my little one, Bear, who is undoubtedly the sweetest boy! Saundra has been in the nutrition field for 7 years with the desire to help clients adopt a healthy, sustainable diet that supports their overall health and wellbeing. Saundra’s love for nutrition and healthy supplements started as she was raising her five great kids. Once the kids were grown, she returned to the work force determined to pursue a career in nutrition. Employed by a major health care provider, Saundra supervised the dietary management team, caring for the specific requirements of individuals with challenging health concerns and needs. Saundra also studied Holistic Nutrition at Nutrition Therapy Institute. The course work included the impact of diet on health as well as the psychology and benefit of lifestyle coaching. Upon completion she branched into the nutritional coaching field to assist people with weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes. Saundra enthusiastically supports the BeBalanced philosophy and program as it closely aligns with her core beliefs around whole food nutrition and health. As a new mother, Cherillyn is passionate about bringing a holistic wellness business that is focused on women to her area in Woodland Hills, California. Hello, my name is Susan Freemesser. After feeling “stuck” and hopeless (like many of you) for nearly 20 years, I decided to give BeBalanced a try in January of 2019. Shanna has been a health and fitness educator for almost two decades. She has helped balance thousands of people’s lives as a lifestyle and behavioral coach. Traveling throughout the world, Shanna motivates her audiences everywhere as she takes on the challenge of healthy living. From the journey of being an overweight kid to becoming a fitness and lifestyle coach, Shanna accumulated a lot of stories and experiences from clients to help them overcome their struggles with diet and exercise. After reflecting on these topics (as well as her own from childhood) Shanna was inspired and motivated to write The Reset Plan: Lose the Secrets, Lose the Excuses, Lose the Weight. Cheryl loves being a Wellness Coach at the flagship center. She received her BS in Psychology at Temple University. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to get a truly integrated and holistic perspective on nutrition because she is passionate about helping people live a healthier lifestyle.
Emily joined BeBalanced and has taken on the role of a Wellness Coach to help women feel more comfortable in their skin and lead more fulfilling lives. Hello, I’m Rhonda Peter owner of BeBalanced in the greater Hartford area with a location in Farmington Valley, CT. Having 3 children, I experienced the ups and downs of weight gain and weight loss. The general consensus seems to be that calories in, calories out, is the answer to shedding the unwanted pounds.
