I am a wife of 24 years and a mother of two young adult children. I enjoy “hanging out” with family and friends and visiting local wineries. I have also taken on an unexpected new challenge of raising and training a Border Collie! As busy as life keeps me I was looking for my own balance. I decided to leave the Banking industry to pursue a career that is more meaningful and rewarding. I have found that here at BeBalanced!

Saundra has been in the nutrition field for 7 years with the desire to help clients adopt a healthy, sustainable diet that supports their overall health and wellbeing. Saundra’s love for nutrition and healthy supplements started as she was raising her five great kids. Once the kids were grown, she returned to the work force determined to pursue a career in nutrition. Employed by a major health care provider, Saundra supervised the dietary management team, caring for the specific requirements of individuals with challenging health concerns and needs. Saundra also studied Holistic Nutrition at Nutrition Therapy Institute. The course work included the impact of diet on health as well as the psychology and benefit of lifestyle coaching. Upon completion she branched into the nutritional coaching field to assist people with weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes. As a new mother, Cherillyn is passionate about bringing a holistic wellness business that is focused on women to her area in Woodland Hills, California. I started my path as a nutritional specialist, a personal trainer, and yoga instructor, in the hopes of helping myself when I was told that I was normal, and nothing could be done for me other than diet, exercise, and a ton of medication that was not guaranteed to work. I am originally from the lush green mountains of Vermont where I raised my two sons, Louis and Drew. A few years ago I decided to move to PA. Hello, my name is Susan Freemesser. After feeling “stuck” and hopeless (like many of you) for nearly 20 years, I decided to give BeBalanced a try in January of 2019. From the journey of being an overweight kid to becoming a fitness and lifestyle coach, Shanna accumulated a lot of stories and experiences from clients to help them overcome their struggles with diet and exercise. I am a wife of 32 years and a proud mother of 2 amazing adult children. I have worked for the federal government and private industry for a combined 30+ years and was tired of accomplishing someone else’s goals and objectives. In my quest to find what I wanted to do with my life I found BeBalanced in the fall on 2018, and opened my store in Leesburg in May of 2019. Cheryl loves being a Wellness Coach at the flagship center. She received her BS in Psychology at Temple University. Having 3 children, I experienced the ups and downs of weight gain and weight loss. The general consensus seems to be that calories in, calories out, is the answer to shedding the unwanted pounds.
