As a Nutritionist and a Master Trainer for almost 20 years, I saw many women struggle with their weight even though they were doing everything “right”, including me. Once I learned about hormone balancing, I was able to lose 50 lbs. Now I finally have the tools to help my clients lose weight, sleep better, lower and even eliminate medications, and feel like themselves again. I love helping clients feel as great as I do. I truly believe that healthy decisions lead to a healthier tomorrow.

Struggling with weight fluctuations, diet roller coasters, and hormonal imbalances felt like an endless battle. I was trapped in a cycle of frustration and despair. Hello, my name is Susan Freemesser. After feeling “stuck” and hopeless (like many of you) for nearly 20 years, I decided to give BeBalanced a try in January of 2019. I cannot imagine where I would be today if I had not been open to trying BeBalanced. Not only did this program work for me, but I have also seen it work time and time again for people just like us. This journey has truly changed my life and so many others for the better in so many ways. In May of 2019 it seemed only natural to become a Wellness Coach here to help others create their own balance like I had. Personally, I shed 20 pounds of stubborn fat in the first month and went on to shed another 15 pounds in the following two months. I am happy to say that not only am I maintaining that loss, but I also honestly feel as good as I did 20 years ago! I am living proof that this is more than a program and this lifestyle is indeed sustainable. What have you got to lose? Schedule a consultation today to find out more.

Hi! My name is Tina Owens. I’ve been managing physicians’ offices for more than 20 years. I moved to Florida in 2009 from Maryland and started working for and becoming an advocate for a functional medicine. After years of trying new “Fads” I found that BeBalanced really works long term for Weight Loss and Hormone Balancing, I now tell everyone I meet. Clients here are the happiest I’ve ever seen! I see people transformations from tired and weary to bouncing in our doors! When you believe in a product and see it’s lifestyle results it’s something you want to share with everyone. My passion and knowledge of natural health has made me feel a perfect addition to the team!

Hello, I’m Rhonda Peter owner of BeBalanced in the greater Hartford area with a location in Farmington Valley, CT. In 2021, I personally found the BeBalanced approach very helpful and the missing link in my quest to achieve the highest health and wellness possible. Even with my autoimmune Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, through BeBalanced, I successfully reduced inflammation which led to losing stubborn weight that never budged even though I was working out intensely. My joint pain decreased, I slept soundly through the night and my energy levels rebounded back to normal. At BeBalanced we strive to fill a critical need in women’s health and well-being. As an Exercise Scientist who has been in the exercise and nutrition space for nearly 30 years, I am very proud and honored to bring our natural, non-medical approach to women in Farmington Valley Connecticut.

Hello, my name is Roseanne and I am the owner of BeBalanced in Collegeville. I can honestly say that BeBalanced has changed my life twice…First when I did the program and again when I joined the BeBalanced team. In 2018, after years of yoyo diets, lack of energy and major stress, I finally found a solution! The key was natural hormone balancing. The BeBalanced program taught me how to balance my hormone through supplements, nutrition and stress management. As a result, I lost weight, and felt healthier and happy than I have in a long time. Today, I have the pleasure of helping women in my community do the same.Through coaching and support, I strive to make BeBalanced a life-changing, life-style approach for all my clients!
Hi, I am Lori DiCross. My journey with BeBalanced started when I first became a Client on the Program. Like a lot of women, somehow my energy had disappeared, my mood tanked, migraines were plentiful, I was hot as a furnace and definitely not sleeping well either. Plus, I had gained a lot of weight. I tried all the traditional routes of diet & exercise and went through multiple doctors – nothing worked! But that all changed with BeBalanced and it was Life Changing! Finally, I had relief after being told that my symptoms were “normal” and something that I just had to live with. And, I lost weight too. My journey through the Program not only got my life back, but also inspired a passion in me to join BeBalanced so I could pay the “gift” of BeBalanced forward to help as many Women and Men as possible. I can’t wait to meet you and help you feel like YOU again!

Hi, I am Teree, the newest Wellness Coach at the Bryn Mawr office. I was always successful and confident in my career, however when I was 32 I was forced into menopause…from that point forward, I struggled with many hormone symptoms including weight gain. For years, I went from fad diet to fad diet. And then I found BeBalanced and my struggles became successes. I believe in this program and enjoy connecting with the clients to help them toward their journey.
I love helping people improve their health and how they feel everyday and this is why I opened my center in Bryn Mawr. After doing the program myself and learning more about our key hormones and how they affect us daily in so many ways, I knew this was something I had to share with others. The BeBalanced program taught me how to balance my hormones through high-quality supplements, nutrition and stress management. I hope to meet you soon so I can help you make lifestyle changes so you can feel more like yourself again!
Having 3 children, I experienced the ups and downs of weight gain and weight loss. The general consensus seems to be that calories in, calories out, is the answer to shedding the unwanted pounds. As I speak with friends and family, and especially the moms I know, it becomes clear that a piece is missing in that theory. That piece is hormone balancing. I love working for BeBalanced because I believe we are filling a need that previously had no true solution. It’s not just about losing weight and keeping it off – it’s about improving overall quality of life. You can’t put a value on feeling like the best version of yourself – well rested, energized, and happy in your own skin. Being a part of helping my clients get that back is incredibly fulfilling.
We opened BeBalanced to help the local community, but what I never realized is how many lives we would be totally transforming on a daily basis. I have been through my own personal hormone balancing struggle and gained weight over the years after having children and going through my 30’s. BeBalanced totally transformed how I relate to food and has given me my energy and health back. Let me help do the same for you!

Hi there. I’m Rachelle, Owner of BeBalanced Crofton. BeBalanced has been life-changing for me. First as a client in 2017 after years of searching for answers to what I thought was perimenopause. Insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats, digestive issues, and stubborn weight gain, to name a few. The answer? All-natural hormone balancing! Our Becoming Balanced program taught me how to naturally balance my hormones through supplementation, nutrition, stress management, and other techniques. The outcome, I lost 30 lbs., felt healthier than I had in years, and I’ve kept it that way! And now as an Owner and Wellness Coach, I have the honor of joining other women and men on their journey to Becoming Balanced! I’m looking forward to joining you on your journey!
Hi, I am Kate Kelleher owner of BeBalanced Centers in the Greater Pittsburgh area, with locations in Murrysville, Wexford, and Canonsburg. In 2018, I found BeBalanced after years of struggling with my weight, despite working out intensely and carefully watching calories, as well as other hormone related symptoms. The BeBalanced approach was the missing piece to losing weight and finally feeling like myself again. At BeBalanced, we fill a critical need in women’s wellness, and I am honored to be able to bring our natural, non-medical approach to women in the Greater Pittsburgh area. As a mom of two teenage girls and a background in bringing educational programs to new markets, I am thrilled to be helping so many women, locally, discover the power of natural hormone balancing and building a great team to support the communities in which we serve.
