The first R to relieving stress on your gut is to remove anything irritating the gut that might cause inflammation.
Without even knowing it, we could have bad bacteria among other things living in our gut. The second R is to replace the bad bacteria in your gut with good/healthy bacteria to improve overall health and immunity.

The third R is to repair the cellular wall of the gut to avoid foods, toxins, and fungus leaking through to the bloodstream.
The last 3 R's in this process is to relax, refocus and renew your body and mind with meditation and exercises that support gut health.
